Car Rental FAQ's


We have a very straightforward booking process! Just go to our landing page or Book Car page, select your date and time, proceed to the payment page, and fill in your name and email – As for requirements, you just need to be over 20 years old and possess a valid driving license, and you're good to go!

Our office is conveniently situated inside the Car Rental Centre next to the Vagar Airport Terminal.

We offer 9 different pick-up and drop-off locations, which you can select during the booking process.

Zero! Since we started in 2020, we've eliminated the need for security deposits, operating on a system of trust, where you only pay when necessary.

We provide 24/7 Roadside Assistance – Simply call us at +298 913333 if you should experience any problems, and we will either come directly to you or contact the nearest mechanic and have him come help you.

No limits! Enjoy the freedom of Unlimited Mileage. You can rent the car for a partial-day, but we charge a minimum rental rate of 2 days (48 hours).

Anytime! With our keybox system, you can pick up and drop off your car at any time, even during late-night or early morning hours.

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfers.

Plans change, and we get it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a 100% refund. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Absolutely! Simply email us with your order number and desired changes, and we'll take care of it right away.

You don’t have to worry about anything during your trip – Whenever you drive inside one of the four sub-sea tunnels, the license plate gets automatically registered, and we receive the bill. You then pay your total tunnel usage directly to us, upon returning the car.
